Styria Digital Development among the most desirable employees in Croatia
IT company Styria Digital Development, which is a member of the Styria Media Group, is the latest holder of the Employer Partner certificate. During the certification process, Styria Digital Development has achieved the highest results in the areas related to training and development of employees and caring for their wellbeing.
At the company level, several activities are carried out with the aim of improving the quality of life and the health of employees and achieving a balance between their business and private lives. For example, some of the benefits available to employees are free psychological counseling and general medical examinations, mammography examinations for all female employees and their family members over the age of 38. There are many benefits for both the younger population and young parents. Some of them are: the possibility of working part-time with full pay for one month after returning from maternity leave, paid leave on the first day of kindergarten or school for the employees' children, single parents of children under 10 and parents of children with severe disabilities are entitled to 2 additional days of annual leave, organization of Christmas shows for the children of employees, payment of Christmas presents for children, financial assistance in the amount of 10,000 HRK net for the birth of a child of an employee, etc.
Since Styria Digital Development highly values the development and training of its employees, it is not surprising that as many as 97% of them attended additional training that is not legally required in 2019.
