Latest recipients of the Excellence During Challenges recognition announced
Since April 2020, SELECTIO has been awarding the Excellence During Challenges award to companies that have shown true care for their employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition to emphasizing the importance of good employee management, the goal of the Excellence During Challenges recognition is encouraging knowledge-sharing of good practices that many companies have launched during the pandemic.
In order to receive this recognition, the companies have to go through an independent evaluation of their HR practices, and the areas in which the companies are evaluated are agility and adaptability, crisis work organization and employee communication, initiatives launched to ensure physical health, safety and well-being of employees, and technological readiness for new ways of working.
The latest recipients of this recognition are Fresenius Kabi Hrvatska and Henkel Croatia.

In addition, the salaries of Henkel employees have not been reduced due to the impact of the pandemic, nor have any other benefits offered by Henkel. Henkel has also shown that it is socially responsible in this extremely difficult and challenging period, donating its products to charities and making financial donations to healthcare institutions.
Thanks to the timely formation of a strategic crisis team and the company's flexibility, Fresenius Kabi Croatia has adapted to all unforeseen situations. Due to the dedication of its employees, the company was able to ensure continued operations and the supply of lifesaving medicines and technologies to healthcare professionals. Moreover, employees of Fresenius Kabi Croatia have volunteered to support the work of COVID-19 hotlines, and the company has made numerous donations during this pandemic period, thus confirming that it truly lives its philosophy of "caring for life".
