I would like to thank my colleagues from INA's Human Resources who have been a great support to us all the time, both in all our activities in this area and in this process. We achieved a very good result of as much as 93 percent, and we will take the feedback on areas where we can be even better as a motivation for future work. Being a firefighter is not only a job but also a vocation and we will continue to do our best so that our employees are satisfied, motivated and well rewarded for valuable and important work they perform day by day," said Josip Vrabec, director of INA Vatrogasni servisi.
"We are very glad that HOLDINA has become the holder of the prestigious Employer Partner certificate, and in this way we have joined the companies that implement the best practices in human resource management. We believe that motivated workers are the key to our success and that is why we inspire, encourage, recognize, reward and monitor their development. It is important to us that in our company workers feel accepted, respected, included and connected and that they have the opportunity for professional development and achieving a balance between private and business life. This recognition is also an additional incentive for us to remain committed to the further development of human resources management and corporate culture in the coming period," said Mr. Slavko Sić, Director and President of the Management Board of HOLDINA.
