Hrvatska pošta recognized as an Employer Partner for the third consecutive year
The Employer Partner certificate was awarded to Hrvatska pošta for the third time at the official ceremony held at the company premises. This is another proof of Hrvatska pošta's commitment to the Post2022 business strategy, where the emphasis is placed on employees and core postal values: trust, proactiveness and excellence.
During the certification process, Hrvatska pošta particularly excelled in the area of Performance Management thanks to its quality performance appraisal system, which is linked to the organization's strategy and employee development. All employees receive regular feedback on their work, and executives are trained at monitoring work performance and at motivating and rewarding their employees. Compared to last year's certification, Hrvatska pošta has also made a significant step forward in the area of Recruitment and Selection, where the company demonstrated well-placed processes for recruiting and developing new employees into their work environment, as well as the quality of running the recruitment and selection process in general.
Member of the Board of Hrvatska pošta, Mate Mišetić, accepted the Employer Partner certificate from Aleksandar Zemunić, Member of the Management Board of SELECTIO, and praised the work and contribution of the department of human resources, but also of all Hrvatska pošta employees. He also pointed out that the Employer Partner certificate shows and reaffirms that Hrvatska pošta achieves excellence in human resources management and that Hrvatska pošta's investments in the most important resource of every company – its employees, are producing good results.
