HiPP Croatia recognized as Employer Partner for the third time!
For the third time in a row, HiPP Croatia received the Certificate Employer Partner, a prestigious acknowledgment for excellence in human resources management, for its committed work on aligning HR processes with company goals and company's support of employee development.
HiPP Croatia applies a high-quality and transparent performance appraisal system that encompasses all its employees, and this year the highest score has again been achieved in the area of Performance Management, which is usually one of the most challenging areas of human resources management for organizations. The company can also be proud of an excellent process of encouraging employees' suggestions and its quality management of temporary workforce.
Significant resources are being invested in employee development, which is also visible through the improvement of the talent management process.
