Localization company Ciklopea has received the Employer Partner certificate for the sixth year in a row
Ciklopea, a company specialized in translation and localization services in more than 30 languages, with clients in 41 countries, has been awarded the Employer Partner status for the sixth consecutive year. Ciklopea celebrated 15 years of successful business last year and they note that their quality personnel is the reason for their business success, which is why they always strive to raise the bar of excellence when it comes to their HR processes. Sandra Boljkovac Stojak, CEO, and Sara Demiri, Human Resources Manager, accepted the Employer Partner certificate from Aleksandar Zemunić, Member of the Management Board at SELECTIO.
„Although we have only been in the Certificate Employer Partner program for six years, we have already achieved enviable percentages in all areas, which just confirms that we are doing our job well. In the coming years, we plan to polish the results to perfection because nothing less will satisfy us”, noted Sandra Boljkovac Stojak, CEO.
In this year's certification process, Ciklopea demonstrated a system of recruitment and selection in accordance with the world's best practices, and the certification team particularly praised the quality employee performance appraisal system, which, in Ciklopea, is clearly linked to the remuneration system. In addition, during the certification, the company stood out with their investments in the education of their employees, as well as with the accessibility and diversity of the available educations.
Sara Demiri, Human Resources Manager, added: „The outstanding results we achieve year after year are the result of dedicated and systematic work in the field of human resources management. This year, we have focused on introducing fine processes such as employee motivation and engagement, and we have also, by using an innovate approach, perfected our existing processes, such as recruitment and selection. We are proud of the achieved results!”
The company organizes and participates in several activities to bring their work closer to language students, but also to anyone else interested in working in the language industry. Thus, Ciklopea continuously cooperates with universities from all over the region, providing their students with professional internships during which students can become familiar with their future industry in practice, and for several years in a row, Ciklopea organized Summer School for students and graduates of language studies. Also, Ciklopea organizes an Open Door Day twice a year when they invite all interested parties to experience working in a localization company for one day.
