Report Preparation and Data Authorization
Certification Team prepares the Certification Report - the summary of organization’s existing HRM system, which is submitted to the organization’s representative for review and authorization.
Every team member independently evaluates the processes described in the Certification Report according to the Book of Standards and the final score is agreed upon by consensus.
Final Report Preparation
The Final Report is comprised of the overview of all certified areas, graphical comparison with project standards, comparison with other organisations and recommendations for further development.
Presentation of certification results to the organisation representatives and preparation of Executive Summary for the management with an overview of key results and conclusions.
Award Ceremony and Promotion
If it meets the standards, the organization is awarded the Certificate for the period of 12 months during which it has the right to use the Employer Partner logo and status and is promoted through project’s media campaign.
Development of the HRM Process
Organisations that use the Certificate methodology to develop their HRM processes can enter the project in stages - after the initial analysis, the company determines the period for processes development followed by repeated analysis and certification process conclusion.
