A network of certificators has been developed which involves some of the most prestigious names in Croatian Human Resource Management.

Up to this day three Certification Experts Workshops have been held. Future certificators were looking into the standards of The Employer Partner Certificate with the help of a case study that was developed by the existing certificators-Group SELECTIO experts.

Concerning the interest for the project which is very high and taking into account that the firms see The Employer Partner Certificate as a great opportunity to promote their HRM function and to distinguish the quality of their business, it was necessary to develop a network of certificators which has to consist of the best experts in the HRM profession so they could-with the reputation of Clients and the firmness of the methodology-assure the quality of this project.

After the finalisation of the certification process in the firms which enter the project, the experts in the HRM profession, with whom is being cooperated during the certification process, obtain opportunity to join the network of certificators for the purpose of
continuing development and updating of the methodologies and standards.

In this way, with the developed network of certificators, the profession of the HRM is being promoted within the firms but also it raises awareness among the broad public of the importance of the quality HRM, which is one of the goals of The Employer Partner Certificate project.
