Henkel Croatia new Employer Partner Certificate award winner |
 Henkel Croatia Ltd. has achieved Employer Partner status and therefore joined other Certificate winners. On 11 June 2010 the company was officially awarded the Employer Partner Certificate, for excellence in human resource management.
Henkel Croatia Ltd. was included in the certification process in November 2009 and showed great results in all 5 observed areas (Strategy, Recruitment and selection, Work, motivation and remuneration, Training and development, Employee relations) according to standards defined and therefore joined an even larger group of Certificate winners.
Human Resource Specialist at Henkel Croatia, Valentina Ćosić, while accepting the Certificate stated: „We are extremely happy to confirm the Employer Partner status for the first time in 2010. This shows that Henkel has high human resource standards, and therefore is not far behind the leading companies in Croatia. Henkel cares about its employees in each segment - as an example I would like to emphasize additional health insurance for all employees, a premium for special occasions such as weddings and child births, sistematic annual feedback conversations will all employees, so-called ECA (Employee Competencies Assessment) and MCA (Management Competencies Assessment), regular trainings at Henkel CEE Academy, etc. The Employer Partner Certificate to us is a confirmation that Henkel nourishes relationship with its employees and really considers them the most important aspect in achieving all business goals. We entered the project because no matter how much an employer takes care of its employees, we believe it is important that independent certificators confirm that Henkel really is the Employer Partner in all aspects. Out current and future employees will surely accept the importance of the Employer Partner Certificate, because our corporative slogan „Henkel – a Brand like a friend“ represents the company as a brand to which customers - as well as employees - can trust.“ |
