Coca-Cola HBC Croatia has confirmed the Employer Partner status for the fourth year in a row |
 On Friday, 12 March 2010, the Employer Partner Certificate award ceremony was held for the company Coca-Cola HBC Croatia, which has confirmed excellent results in Human Resource Management for the fourth year in a row.
On behalf of Coca-Cola HBC Croatia Head of Human Resources Department Tanya Šplajt Brainović emphasized: “Coca-Cola HBC Croatia once again has confirmed to be a company that fulfills all human resources management standards, and Employer Partner Certificate commits us to maintain a high level of quality and further develop our human resoures in the future, notably by investing in our own talents, continuing our cooperation with students as well as encouraging volunteer work and inovations among employees. We have received the Employer Partner Certificate among the first few companies and succeeded to maintain the Employer Partner status until today, which we are especially proud of. We achieved this by continuous investments, recruiting young talents as well as stimulating our top employees, but also by careful rethinking among our experts on areas that need improvement and development.“
Director of SELECTIO, Jasmina Sočković, congratulated Coca-Cola HBC Croatia on confirming the Employer Partner status: „As it did so far, Coca-Cola HBC Croatia has shown to nourish extraordinary HR practice and therefore represents a role model to other companies on how to generate a systematic, strategic human resources management.“ |
