Over 6000 future employees, mostly students from Rijeka, Pula, Zadar, Split, Osijek, Varaždin and other towns in Croatia and also a group of students from Sarajevo and Banja Luka visited the 7th Career Day.

On the Employer Partner stand, the project itself along with all 30 Certificate winner companies were promoted very intensively. During the whole day, the stand was visited by over 1300 students and other visitors to whom the promotional materials were given and the conversation with visitors was mostly about the importance of the Certificate and the benefits the employees can expect for themselves working for the companies who manage their human resources well. Based on the results of the survey, Career Day is the strongest channel for informing the public about the processes in Human Resource Management and benefits which are offered by some employers to their future employees.

Additional information about the project and winner companies along with the responses to their questions, the visitors could get at the project presentation which was organized together with other work activities at the fair.

From 59 exhibitors all together, 6 of the Certificate winner companies were also presented at the fair: Zagrebačka banka, Sunce koncern, Agrokor companies – Jamnica, Ledo and Zvijezda and Končar-Inem at the Končar group stand. The exhibitors listed have emphasized the logo “Employer Partner” on their stands as well as other marks of Certificate winner companies – a crystal statue and a plaquette. Since the Certificate is a confirmation that the companies are very good in managing their human resources and have most of the processes mentioned, we sent the visitors to the Employer Partner companies’ stands so they could find out what did the winners have to do in order to receive the Certificate and what does their company offer to the employees.
