 As part of the Employer Partner Certificate project we are trying to strengthen HR community and empower links between colleagues who do human resource management as an integral part of everyday work. Therefore, HR professionals who are involved in the project are gathered in the CPP club. The aim of our CPP club activities is to encourage further development of HR profession, so it could demonstrate it's professionalism, importance and contribution to the business, and, as broad as possible, establish itself in our organizations and the public. Upon many successful lectures and various other benefits for CPP members of the Club since the establishment of the project in 2005, this summer we have prepared a little delicacy gift for our Club members - coaching on the topic of stress and balance with the demonstration of methods of cardiac coherence.  This Book of standards has emerged on the initiative of Section for organizational psychology of Croatian Psychological Association and was developed by the Workgroup for development of standards in professional selection. A work version of the Book of standards was presented to the expert public and colleagues who are engaged in personnel selection at a round table, held on 28 May, 2009.Upon publishing The Book, we believe it will contribute to existing practices and help us to provide equable, top quality selection services. |
